We started with a simple belief: the best organisations aren't built on strategies and structures alone. They're built on people who are supported, developed and genuinely led.
Avanti exists to work alongside those people. We are a leadership development and organisational change practice, rooted in Rhondda Cynon Taf and working across Wales, England and internationally: with councils and housing associations, health and mental health organisations, national charities, education bodies and private companies, from a few hundred people to tens of thousands.
What makes us different isn't a methodology. It's us. Jonathan and Amanda have sat in the chairs our clients sit in: chief executive, council leader, chair, board member. We know what it feels like to lead through uncertainty, to inherit a struggling organisation, and to take a team somewhere it doesn't yet believe it can go.
That is why we work the way we do. The person is at the centre of all change, so we work from the individual, through the team, to the organisation and the place it serves. We build with you rather than install a model: bespoke every time, honest always.
And we keep learning. The Avanti Academy, Avanti Profiles, and what we have learned from thousands of facilitated sessions mean more people can benefit from that experience, while we stay in the rooms where it matters most.
