Take It Whole, or in Parts.
Every topic is built from short narrated modules, so you can take as much or as little as you need. Every module ends with a short quick check of five questions, so you can see what has landed before you move on. There is no pass mark. Each way in goes deeper, not harder: the level is the same throughout, and every option has a fixed, honest size.

Recognise What You Finish.
Every Focus part, half-day and full-day topic, and every programme, ends with a choice: a Certificate of Completion, or a Certificate of Completion and Assessment after a short multiple-choice assessment drawn from across the whole programme. Bitesize courses come with a Certificate of Completion. Every certificate is kept in your learning passport. Avanti certificates record professional development; they are not regulated qualifications.
You learn at your own pace. Modules open in order: view every slide in a module (opening a slide counts; the transcript and Read view are there for anyone who prefers to read), then submit its quick check.
