Give about a day's learning to one subject and come out the other side with a sound grasp of it. Immerse is about a day of narrated Academy learning, taken at your own pace and in your own time. Choose a whole topic in depth, or a day that blends several topics for one audience, such as a new manager, a councillor or a board member. Every module has a description, learning outcomes and a knowledge check. Anything you have bought in the last 12 months that forms part of this programme is automatically taken off the price.

Flagships are our complete online programmes for a role, a moment or a challenge. Each brings together the best of several topics, in the right order, for a named audience: senior leaders, new directors, chairs and trustees, managers stepping up. Learn at your own pace across more than a day of narrated content, and finish with an Avanti certificate that recognises what you have learned. Anything you have bought in the last 12 months that forms part of this programme is automatically taken off the price.

Signature is how we have always developed leaders, now with the Academy at its core. You study the narrated topics before each session, so time in the room concentrates on the hard questions. Then you join Jon and Amanda and a small cohort of peers, hear from practitioners who have done it and talk openly about their decisions, doubts and surprises, and build a real assignment, such as a roadmap or plan, that you use afterwards. Choose from masterclasses, residential programmes, top team development and leaders' circles, grounded in Welsh and English practice. You can join as an individual, or bring us in for your own organisation. Anything you have already bought from the Academy that forms part of your programme is taken into account in your proposal.
