When you step up to a higher level, what you paid in the last 12 months for lower-level courses inside the bigger course comes off its price, in proportion to how much of each is inside it, whichever topic it's from. Courses at the same or a lower level don't give credit against each other. A Focus course or above always costs at least £15. Read the full terms

How Upgrade Credit Works
Say you bought two Bitesize courses, Starting the Conversation and What Keeps Us Standing, for £39 each. Both sit inside the Immerse programme Well at Work, which costs £249.
When you buy Well at Work, the basket shows: You already own part of this, so you pay £78 less. You pay £171.
Credit applies only when you step up a level, for example from Bitesize to Focus, Explore, Immerse or a Flagship programme, for courses bought in the last 12 months. Two courses at the same level never give credit against each other, even when they share some modules. A Focus course or anything above it never costs less than £15.
