When you step up to a higher level, what you paid in the last 12 months for lower-level courses inside the bigger course comes off its price, in proportion to how much of each is inside it, whichever topic it's from. Courses at the same or a lower level don't give credit against each other. A Focus course or above always costs at least £15. Read the full terms

Overview and Outcomes.
Overview
This module is about turning objectives into direction a team can actually run on. It works through Doran's SMART test and Google's use of objectives and key results, the urgent and important matrix popularised by Covey, Pareto's eighty twenty principle as applied by Koch, and Hersey and Blanchard's situational delegation, before looking at how delegation erodes during reorganisation and how to protect it.
What you'll develop
In this Bitesize, you will develop the ability to:
- Apply the five SMART tests to turn a vague goal into an objective a team can act on and review.
- Use the urgent and important matrix and the eighty twenty principle to decide where your own and your team's time should go.
- Match the level of delegation to each person's competence and commitment, and protect delegation explicitly when the structure around your team is changing.
