When you step up to a higher level, what you paid in the last 12 months for lower-level courses inside the bigger course comes off its price, in proportion to how much of each is inside it, whichever topic it's from. Courses at the same or a lower level don't give credit against each other. A Focus course or above always costs at least £15. Read the full terms

Overview and Outcomes.
Overview
Without measurement, innovation is just a collection of stories. This module shows how to audit innovation with the rigour applied to risk and governance, using the Cranfield Innovation Health Check, Rao and Weintraub's six building blocks of culture, ISO 56002, a maturity spectrum and a core, adjacent and transformational portfolio. It builds a practical public service scorecard and draws lessons from NHS England's work on spreading innovation.
What you'll develop
In this Bitesize, you will develop the ability to:
- Use the Cranfield Innovation Health Check's five dimensions as an honest self assessment to identify which dimension is holding your organisation back.
- Explain why Rao and Weintraub place culture above process, and place your organisation on the innovation maturity spectrum.
- Plan a public service innovation scorecard covering inputs, process, outcomes and culture, alongside a balanced core, adjacent and transformational portfolio.
