When you step up to a higher level, what you paid in the last 12 months for lower-level courses inside the bigger course comes off its price, in proportion to how much of each is inside it, whichever topic it's from. Courses at the same or a lower level don't give credit against each other. A Focus course or above always costs at least £15. Read the full terms

Overview and Outcomes.
Overview
This capstone introduces no new theory; it puts the whole programme to work on three real decisions. You will read the Preston Model of community wealth building, IKEA's democratic design and Finland's national Housing First strategy through frameworks such as questioning, the crazy quilt, Rogers's diffusion, constraint as method, Keeley's Ten Types and jobs to be done, and draw common threads for your own leadership.
What you'll develop
In this Bitesize, you will develop the ability to:
- Identify which programme frameworks, such as diffusion, the crazy quilt and jobs to be done, explain each of the Preston, IKEA and Finland cases.
- Describe the four patterns the three cases share: old ideas in new contexts, coalitions over lone heroes, courage under constraint and evidence earning scale.
- Apply the capstone lessons to a live decision in your own work, such as convening anchor partners, putting the real need first or setting a deliberate constraint.
